- 1/4 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chopped strawberries, blueberries or peaches
How to make it
- Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped fruit.
- Serve and enjoy.
Sweeten it Up - if the cottage cheese is a little too tart for your little one, you can use no sugar added frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit to give this breakfast a little more sweetness. Simply defrost the frozen fruit before chopping the fruit up, making sure to use both the fruit's natural juices and the chopped fruit when serving.
