Servings: Makes about 4 waffles
What you'll need
- 1 cooked sweet potato
- 1 very ripe banana
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Dash of dried/ground ginger
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix with hand blender until smooth with very little lumps.
- Cook on a waffle maker (about 5 minutes per waffle).
- Top with favorite fruit such as sliced bananas and blueberries.
